Martin Karkour

Martin Karkour Martin began his career in the German Armed Forces in 2000, where until the end of 2014 he served as a career and staff officer in Germany and US, with multiple deployments to Afghanistan. He holds an Executive MBA, a master’s degree in business administration, and a degree in Human Sciences. Martin has many years of experience and a proven track record in technology and digital consulting. He previously held various management positions at Capgemini and Capgemini Invent, most recently as Head of Aerospace & Defence. Martin Karkour joined Quantum Systems in February 2025 as CRO. His focus is on delivering measurable business impact through customer-centric strategies and value Leadership.








