Michael Brigl

Michael has been the Head of BCG Central Europe since 2022, overseeing operations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. Previously, he led BCG's European Private Equity practice, was a member of BCG’s global Private Equity leadership team and continues to manage key clients in this sector. Before starting his career at BCG over 20 years ago, Michael studied Business Administration in Regensburg and earned his Master of Business Administration at IESE in Barcelona and at CEIBS in Shanghai. Michael's current focus centers around the disruption of artificial intelligence on the workforce, the future of Germany as an industrial location, and the development and scaling of deep tech businesses in Germany and Europe. He recently presented the "Transformationspfade" study with the Federation of German Industries in Berlin.








