Victoria Effer

Victoria Effer is one of Germany’s most influential AI voices on LinkedIn. In just 18 months, she has grown her audience to more than 85,000 followers and generated over 20 million impressions in the past year alone. Her work makes AI relevant to the people who are too often excluded from the conversation: ambitious professionals without technical backgrounds. Through content, keynotes and community experiences, Victoria helps people understand new technology, strengthen their visibility and create opportunities beyond the traditional career ladder. As a TEDx speaker, she has addressed audiences of more than 5,000 people and collaborated with global brands including Adobe, Duolingo, LinkedIn and Gamma. Previously, Victoria worked as an Account Director across LinkedIn’s Marketing and Talent Solutions at its EMEA headquarters in Dublin. Alongside her commercial role, she co-led Women@LinkedIn.
